What is your Refund and Warranty Policy for the products?
Odiforgo provides a 1-year warranty on all products. This warranty is valid and enforceable if you have purchased a new product from us or from one of our authorized retailers or resellers in a jurisdiction where we sell our products.
When you request for a warranty, please contact us at info@odiforgo-kap.com first. Any return or exchange without prior authorization will not be accepted.
The following information should be included in your email:
- Purchase channel and order number.
- Reason for warranty claim.
- Photos or videos presenting the product issue. Once we receive your email, we will respond within 24 hours.
