How do I cancel my order?
For in-stock items, orders are sent immediately to our fulfillment warehouse for shipment. Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel a pre-ordered product, please contact us to request the cancellation.
What is the refund and warranty policy for brand-new products?
● Products purchased directly from Odiforgo website can be returned up to 30 days after receipt from purchase or delivery. Any machine purchased at a retail store or from another website must be returned to the original store or site from which it was purchased.
● Products over 30 days of delivery, the return window will be closed, but we provide a 1-year warranty for all Odiforgo products.
How do I make a return?
If you need to return a product within the 30-day return policy, please contact us with your order number and a detailed reason for the return.

● The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee if there is no quality issue with the product.

How can I get a prepaid return shipping label?

Love the style and the ease to grind pepper corns.No more cranking!
These salt & pepper grinders are both stylish and functional. Their stainless steel finish fits perfectly in with the rest of our kitchen. Size wise, it’s a bit taller than a manual salt shaker, but it's still lightweight and easy to carry. I love that you don't even have to worry about a button, you just press down on the top of the unit and it works like magic. These can be loaded with any type of salt or pepper desired and come with a holder that they always have a designated home in your kitchen.
I have used a salt and pepper grinder for the table for several years, but when mine broke I decided to upgrade with these electric ones. They are tall and elegant (see picture next to 16 ounce glass for size comparison).The grinders are completely adjustable from coarse to fine using a dial on the bottom. (see picture). They also have a light that shines out of the bottom when the top is pressed in the grinding process. This makes it quite easy to see how much salt or pepper has been dispensed, even in low light situations.They come with an acrylic base. This is really helpful, because the grinder does shed some of the contents when being set down after use, which would otherwise get all over the table. (see picture.)They say that they will grind the entire contents of the filled grinder on one USB charge. I haven’t completely emptied one yet, nor have I had to recharge one. So, I can’t say whether that claim is accurate but I have no reason to doubt it.
This is a very nice looking set. Unlike my previous set, I like that you press the top and it dispenses from the bottom as opposed turning the grinder upside down to use. It comes with 2 USB charging cables, no base though, but nowadays that's not a big deal. It includes a clear stand to nicely display your grinders and comes with the brush to keep them clean. They hold a good amount of product so don't have to be refilled as often.
This is a handsome looking set of salt and pepper grinders and dispensers. Each grinder is made of stainless and glass. They are well made from quality materials. The set operates electrically and is recharged via the enclosed charging cords. The set is super easy to fill and use. I love that each unit can be operated one handed by merely pushing down on the lid top. The salt and pepper storage space is a clear glass so you can easily see when you need a refill. Each unit has adjustments on the bottom for adjusting the grain size of salt and pepper from fine to course and has an LED light that comes on when the units are in use. The set includes a nice acrylic holder that each unit sets in. I am very pleased with the look, quality and operation of these salt and pepper delivery system and I would recommend them.
